Moritz Senarclens de Grancy, geb. 1972 in Hannover, ist seit 2017 als Psychoanalytiker, Supervisor und Berater in eigener Praxis tätig. Er studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Passau und Nischni Nowgorod (Russische Föderation) sowie Kulturwissenschaft und Kunstgeschichte an der Humboldt Universität Berlin. Er erhielt ein Promotionsstipendium der Köhler-Stiftung für seine Studie zur Rolle der Metaphorik bei Freud. Zahlreiche psychoanalytische und gruppendynamische Aus- und Weiterbildungen bei der Freud Lacan Gesellschaft Berlin, der Psychoanalytischen Bibliothek Berlin, der Gordon Lawrence Foundation, dem Tavistock Institute for Human Relations (TIHR) u.a. Er war Chair der Jahreskonferenz 2021 “The Walls Within – Working with Defenses against Otherness” der International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO). Zuletzt erschien von Moritz Senarclens de Grancy der Essay Der heißeste Wunsch der Menschheit (Matthes & Seitz Berlin 2022), der eine psychoanalytische Psychologie des Künftigen im Spannungsfeld von Wiederholungswunsch und Regelbruch entwirft.
Moritz Senarclens de Grancy, born 1972 in Hanover, has been working as a psychoanalyst, supervisor and consultant in his own practice since 2017. He studied law in Passau and Nizhny Novgorod (Russian Federation), and cultural studies and art history at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He received a PhD grant from the Köhler Foundation for his study of the role of metaphors in Freud. He participated in numerous psychoanalytic and group dynamic training courses at the Freud Lacan Society Berlin, the Psychoanalytical Library Berlin, the Gordon Lawrence Foundation, the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations (TIHR). He was Chair of the 2021 Annual Conference „The Walls Within – Working with Defenses against Otherness“ of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO). Most recently, Moritz Senarclens de Grancy published the essay Der heißeste Wunsch der Menschheit (Mankind’s Hottest Desire), which outlines a psychoanalytic psychology of the future in the area of tension between the desire for repetition and the breaking of rules.
